Who and where

Visible to signed-in candidates, and used to decide whose alerts this job matches.

Pay

Optional, and the single biggest thing candidates say they want. A stated range also lets the alert matcher skip people whose floor is above it, so you hear from fewer of the wrong ones.

How people respond

Take applications here, send people to your own careers page, or both. At least one has to be true — a listing nobody can answer is not a job post, and the database will say so.
